So...., as you will see from the pictures below, we went and visited Sheila and the baby at St. Francis today. And OF COURSE I took pictures... and OF COURSE I want to blog about it too. Sheila said go ahead, so here it is. :)
I was delighted to hold this new little bundle, .....full of future, full of the beauty of a whole life yet to be lived. From his tiny wrinkled red hands, to his fuzzy head of black hair, to his cute chin and nose that look just like his siblings - he is wonderful.
I commented to Big Sis, Kelsey......"He looks like you". To which she replied, "Me like him.....Me going to keep him". Too cute. The little gal was truly over the moon. Obviously the dreams of this little 3 year-old had come true. :)
Grancy held him, I held him, Grandad held him..... then Brian.... then Janara changed a diaper. Then, in conversation, Sheila mentioned this would be their last child - to which she added that they will need to call Grancy to take care of that for them - maybe give Kyle a ride if needed (do you know that story about Brian??? ha!) Everyone had a good chuckle over that one.
Well, that is all - gotta go to AWANA now. But let me add....
